About Me

My name is Molly Beran, and I was inspired to start Projects By Molly, LLC by watching my dad. I grew up in St. Paul, MN, where my dad wrote stories about small businesses for the St. Paul Pioneer Press newspaper. Inevitably, he’d bring me along with him to the businesses he wrote about, and whenever he did that, the owner of the business would sit me down and tell me how much my dad had helped them grow their business. That made a huge impression on me, and I knew I wanted to do something like that when I grew up.

I’m not a newspaper reporter, but I have helped businesses, both small and large, build systems and processes that allow them to get their most important projects done. I use my 20+ years of corporate experience and PMP certification to help my clients figure out what work is truly important, how best to organize it, and how to keep track of everything in a way that won’t drive over-burdened executives crazy, or leave anyone in the dark.
